Hi! I'm Suz...

I love inviting families in to my little studio to feel comfortable and at home whilst they indulge in a quiet relaxing newborn session where they get to chill and relax whilst I take the reins or jump in front of the camera with their little ones to play, hug and have fun having their photos done.

As well as photographing families in the studio myself and my husband run our wedding photography company Eighth Avenue Photography which is just the best job ever being invited along to the best day of people’s lives and enjoy the party.

In between snapping shots, you’ll often find me immersed in all things Disney—yes, I’m that person with the ears, the backpack, and the matching t-shirts! I’m a certified movie geek, a proud Friends nerd, and I never say no to a mouthwatering meal at a steakhouse.

Oh, and let’s not forget about our two adorable kiddos, Parker and Frankie. While they’re not quite ready to join the business full-time, we’re gently introducing them to the wonderful world of photography.

From family portraits to pet photography, we create images that look incredible on your walls – finished, framed, and proudly displayed.

Everything is prepared before you arrive – clean, coordinated props so the session runs smoothly and you can just enjoy the experience.

No outfit stress – our studio wardrobe is ready so you can arrive, relax, and we’ll style everything to suit your session beautifully.

Where is your studio based?

Our photography studio is based in Longton, Preston. We often have visitors from all over the North West. Take a look at the map below for more details

When should we book?

For newborns we say book soon after your 20 week scan to make sure you get your slot.

For all other shoots, as soon as you know when you’d like a shoot – get in touch!

How does the viewing work?

You’ll be invited back after your photo shoot for a viewing around a week later.

This is your chance to view the images, pick which you’d like, along with any prints, frame or artwork you’d like for your home.

Can we see examples of your artwork?

Absolutely. All artwork, prints, frames and albums are on display in the studio for you to take a look at during your shoot and at your viewing.
